I thought I'd also share these values with you here as a way for you to get to know us better.

In a digital world, it's nice to have the analog pleasures of printing out something like this to hang next to your desk to remind you of your core values (in life and in business). Writing it on a post-it will do just fine, but I find creating something aesthetically pleasing further emphasizes the importance of these values -- that they weren't created haphazardly, but rather contemplated carefully.
Over the coming weeks, we will be sharing individual posts to highlight each of these core values and what they mean to me in life and in work.

What are some of your core values? More importantly, how do you keep yourself accountable to upholding them?
Some things that seem so ingrained in our belief system (like our core values) can just as easily be forgotten, just as we tend to stop noticing certain objects that we are surrounded by daily. Things that remain unchanged can become neglected.
I think for this reason it is crucial for to find ways to check in with ourselves regularly so that what we manifest in life corresponds with these values, and we think consciously about how those integrate with present values and future goals.
When I founded Real Estate Relief, my intention was to be as transparent, as helpful, and as authentic as I can be. This is not something to be taken for granted in the real estate industry (or in general, frankly) and we want to change that.
